This is a competitively awarded cost plus fixed fee contract to support Phase 1 of the Resilient Networked Distributed Mosaic Communications (RN DMC) program.  Under this contract, the contractor will research, develop, and demonstrate distributed coherent communications with an emphasis on developing a bi-directional mosaic element system that works with current tactical radios operational waveforms.  This effort involves enough research uncertainties, the presence of which preclude the estimation of costs with sufficient accuracy to use any firm fixed price contract.
