United Nations Development Program in Kazakhstan in the framework of the project «Modernization of the Judicial System and Access to Justice in Kazakhstan» announces a national competition for legal entities for «Conducting a sociological research on the issues of public confidence in courts, the level of satisfaction of users of local courts and expert assessment of the quality of courts».
Request for proposal with the Terms of reference is attached.
Application procedure: Applicants submit their bids by e-mail [email protected]. The technical and financial parts of the Proposal must be submitted in separate files. The financial proposal must be password protected. The password to the Financial Proposal should not be provided to UNDP until a request from a UNDP representative Meruyert Bolyssayeva or Cholponbek Omuraliev.
Application deadline: September 2, 2019, 14.00 local time. Late proposals will be disqualified automatically
For interested participants on August 26, 2019 at 16:00 (Nur-Sultan time) a pre-bid conference will be held over Skype (live:procurement_undp). If you are interested in participating in the preliminary meeting, you need to send a notification on participation to the e-mail [email protected] with a copy of [email protected].
