Description

United Nations Development Program in Kazakhstan in the framework of the project "Derisking Renewable Energy Investment in Kazakhstan" (DREI) announces a competition for legal entities on following services «Analysis of the potentials of the application of renewable energy technologies in the agricultural sector and rural areas of Kazakhstan».

Request for proposal (RFP) and Annexes to RFP are attached.

Application procedure: Applicants must submit their bids by e-mail to [email protected] with indication of RFP-2021-040_UNDP-KAZ in e-mail subject. The technical and financial parts of the Proposal must be submitted in separate files. The financial proposal must be password protected. The password to the Financial Proposal should not be provided to UNDP until a request from a UNDP representative Zhanat Tileumuratova.

Application deadline: August 23, 2021, 16.00 p.m. Nur-Sultan time. Late proposals will be disqualified automatically.

For interested participants on August 13, 2021 at 16:00 (Nur-Sultan time) a pre-bid conference will be held over Zoom. If you are interested in participating in the preliminary meeting, you need to send a notification on participation to the e-mail [email protected] copying [email protected] not later than 12 August 2021 (COB).
