Dear Sir / Madam:

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Kosovo kindly request Professional Companies to submit a Proposal for “Conducting Kosovo Gender Baseline Survey on Gender DRR, CP and CC vulnerability and risks to determine the needs and roles of different populations and demographics”

This procurement process is conducted through UNDP eTendering online system. Interested applicants must register in the system in order to access the additional documents.

An Offerors conference and introduction on UNDP eTendering online system will be conducted on 28 March 2019, at 11:00 CET at United Nations Development Programme office at Zagrebi street Nr.58, Prishtinë/Priština. While all Offerors are encouraged to attend, their non-attendance, however, shall not result in disqualification of an interested Offeror.

Any extensions or other amendments to the solicitation documents will be posted in the eTendering system. Bidders are encouraged to click on “Accept invitation” button in order to received automatic notifications id such amendments occur.
