If you are interested in submitting a proposal in response to this RFP, please prepare your Proposal in accordance with the requirements and procedure as set out in the RFP and submit it by the Deadline.

A pre-bid conference will be conducted at 3:00pm, 3 March 2022, Beijing time, via Zoom meeting. Please contact us for details via email ([email protected]), if you would like to join this pre-bid conference.

Please kindly note that 1) your Financial Proposal must be encrypted with a password and submitted as a separate document, 2) none of the financial proposal data should be disclosed in other documents of the submission or anywhere in the system, 3) indicate “CNY 1” in the Total Bid Amount in eTendering system.

In addition, your Proposal must be expressed in English, and valid for a minimum period of 120 days.
