Overview : UNDP Vietnam is seeking for National Firm/Institution/Organization for study of innovative policy for disaster response team at communal level of Green climate fund project (GCF). The GCF Project seeks to scale up interventions that are already tested to increase the resilience of vulnerable coastal communities. To support and sustain the impact of the GCF Project as well as future requisite government policy adjustments that strengthen the resilience of communities, climate and economic risk assessments will be systemized for private and public utilization in 28 coastal provinces in Vietnam. The GCF Project will coordinate with Vietnam Disaster Management Authority (VNDMA) and intends to recruit an experienced Consulting Firm for the implementation of the assignment: “Study of Policies and Entitlements for Disaster Response Teams at a Grass Root Level” to develop new policies for the team and to improve the enforcement of the Law on Natural Disaster Prevention and Control (DRM Law). Interested bidders are invited to submit Technical and Financial proposal and other information following guidance in the Request for proposal to [email protected] UNDP will not be responsible for the missing of proposal if the bidder does not send notification email to above address.
