UNICEF seeks to engage an institutional consultancy service provider to conduct a stocking taking of the release and reintegration program implemented by UNICEF partners including state ministries and I/NGO partners. This exercise is to enhance evidence-based programming for children formerly associated with armed forces and groups.

Specific objectives

The overall objective of the consultancy is to take stock of the release and reintegration programme implemented and to propose feasible recommendations to scale up the programme in North-east of Nigeria.  The consultant will work under the overall supervision of the Child Protection Manager based in Maiduguri and in close collaboration with the Child Protection Specialist (CAAFAG).
