The purpose of this RFPS is to identify a qualified vendor who can develop and successfully host the mobile ready e-learning course as SAAS or on premises and provide all the necessary services to develop the course such as: custom development, mobile/responsive design, audio and video production, etc. The particular focus of the e-learning approaches should be adolescent-friendly and tailored to the needs of this age group.
