Description

The HIV epidemic in Myanmar is concentrated among key populations, including people who inject drugs (PWID), sex workers (SW), men who have sex with men (MSM), transgender people (TG). Of all key populations, HIV prevalence is highest among people who inject drugs and higher in key locations such as Mandalay, Kachin, Shan (North) and Sagaing.
The UNAIDS Myanmar Country Office seeks for a supplier that can continue implementing a social media campaign. Below are the deliverables for the campaign and further information that can help the supplier formulate a proposal needed for the selection process:
• A communication plan for a 6-month campaign
• Development of content and implementation of campaign on social media and other media channels
• At least four FB posts developed and posted only monthly
• Develop two human interest stories
• Deliver monthly monitoring reports on the progress of the campaign
• Conduct online survey at the end of the campaign
UNAIDS intends the contract to take effect once counter-signed in May 2022 and to last until no later than 30 October 2022. The implementation of the social media campaign will be for 6 months.
