Dear Sir / Madam:

 The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Kosovo kindly request Professional Companies to submit a Quotation for “Security Upgrade Works at the MoIA Ammunition Storage Location Gadime” as detailed technical specifications in Annex 1 of this RFQ

 This procurement process is conducted through UNDP eTendering online system. Interested applicants must register in the system in order to access the additional documents.

 Site visit of construction site will be conducted on 02 September 2019, 10:30 at meeting point the vicinity of  Restaurant “Shpella” Gadime Village. While all Offerors are encouraged to attend, their non-attendance, however, shall not result in disqualification of an interested Offeror

 Any extensions or other amendments to the solicitation documents will be posted in the eTendering system. Bidders are encouraged to click on “Accept invitation” button in order to received automatic notifications id such amendments occur.
