Dear Sir / Madam:

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) office in Juba, South Sudan seeks quotations for the purchase of Public Information Promotional Printing Materials not later than 05 June 2012 at 17:00 hours to:

Quotations can be submitted by e-mail to [email protected]

To assist in preparing the quotation, the following documents are attached:

a. “Statement of compliance with terms and conditions” (Section 1).

b. “Technical Specifications” (Section 2)

c. “Price Schedule Sheet” (Section 3)

d. “Other Considerations” (Section 4)

e. “General Terms and Conditions for Goods” (Section 5)

Submittals. The following should be submitted as part of any quotation :

a. A duly completed copy of “Statement of compliance with terms and conditions” (Section 1)

b. A duly completed copy of the Price Schedule (Section 3).

Evaluation: Offerswill be evaluated on the following basis:

A- Compliance with terms and conditions of the RFQ including required submissions

B- Compliance with technical specifications. Provide technical brochures of the samples quoted.

C- Price and delivery time.

Price and Delivery will be considered in evaluation. Offers must provide proof of delivery within the timeline requested . The overall compliance of the offer will be considered. Between like priced offers, differences in quality will be considered. Preference may be given to offers offering complete quantities with a view to standardisation of supplies, as well as overall economy and efficiency.
