Description

The scope of work is the preparation, customization and delivery of hands-on, instructor-led virtual trainings on the subject of effective storytelling using data, including how to:
 
-        build compelling narratives around information;
-        choose an effective data visualization;
-        eliminate unnecessary information;
-        focus attention of an audience.
The contractor is required to ensure that all required preparation, materials, and equipment for providing the training sessions are included in the offer in order to deliver the following items:
 
-        Creation, management and distribution of a registration form for participants to sign-up via company vouchers for available, scheduled training sessions, including management of cancellations and waitlisted participants;
-        An expert focal point / instructor to collect, consolidate and incorporate examples of data visualizations provided by the employer into the training materials, enabling participants to see their data examples in action;
-        Preparatory sessions with the focal point / instructor for the employer to provide feedback on the training materials prior to scheduled trainings;
-        3 two-hour, hands-on / interactive, instructor-led trainings for a minimum of 150 participants, delivered via a high-quality virtual platform (e.g., Zoom, Teams, etc.) by 30 September 2021;
-        Final training materials in digital form (PowerPoint / PDF), including any data visualizations taken from the employer’s examples;
-        Training certificates in digital form (PDF) provided to all participants;
-        Creation, management and distribution of a feedback survey for all participants;
-        A final report on the number of participants and results of the feedback survey.
 
The work to be performed under this document shall consist of tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and furnishing all labour, transportation, set up, installation, configuration, activation and performing all work before operation required for the fulfilment of the Contract accordance with the Contract Documents. The work shall be complete, and all work, materials, and services not expressly indicated or called for in the Contract Documents which may be necessary for the complete and proper delivery of the work in good faith shall be provided by the contractor as though originally so indicated, at no increase in cost to the employer.
