Dear Valued Vendors,

UNDP kindly requests your quotation for the provision of Cleaning and Security Services for PETRA Office in Palu – Central Sulawesi, as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ. The RFQ document is attached along with the required forms for your reference. 

This Request for Quotation comprises the following documents:

• Section 1: The request letter
• Section 2: RFQ Instructions and Data
• Annex 1: Schedule of Requirements
• Annex 2: Quotation Submission Form
• Annex 3: Technical and Financial Offer

When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the RFQ Instructions and Data. Please note that quotations must be submitted using Annex 2: Quotation Submission Form and Annex 3: Technical and Financial Offer, by the method and by the date and time indicated in Section 2. In summary, you shall submit the following documents:

1. Annex 2: Quotation Submission Form duly completed and signed (form is attached).
2. Annex 3: Technical and Financial Offer duly completed and signed and in accordance with the Schedule of Requirements in Annex 1 (form is attached).
3. Latest Company Business Registration certificate (e.g. TDP or SIUP).
4. Completed and signed Curriculum Vitae (CV) of all proposed personnel.
5. Gada Pratama Security Guard Certificate or other similar certificates shall be attached for each security personnel.
6. A brief description of your qualification, capacity and expertise that is relevant to the Terms of Reference, including team composition.
7. Written Self-Declaration of not being included in the UN Security Council 1267/1989 list, UN Procurement Division List or other UN Ineligibility List (form is attached).

Deadline for the submission of quotations is on 26 January 2022, at 17:00 hours (GMT+7 / Jakarta time). It is your responsibility to ensure that your quotation is submitted on or before the deadline. Quotations received after the submission deadline, for whatever reason, will not be considered for evaluation.
