 An Offerors conference and introduction on UNDP eTendering online system will be conducted on 22 July 2019, from 14:00 at United Nations Development Programme office at Zagrebi street Nr. 58, Prishtinë/Priština. While all Offerors are encouraged to attend, their non-attendance, however, shall not result in disqualification of an interested Offeror.

 In addition, on 23 of July 2019, for the interested bidders the INTERDEV 2 Project, in cooperation with the Municipality of Dragash/Dragaš will organize a joint visit of the 10 planned locations for instalment of resting points (Brezne/Brezna, Kuk/Kukovce, Kuklibeg/Kukljibeg, Blaç/Bljać, Brod/Brod, Restelicë/Restelica, Zaplluxhe/Zaplužje, Bresanë/Brodosavce, Zlipotok/Zlipotok, Rapçë/Rapča). The meeting point for the interested bidders, is the INTERDEV 2 Project office in Dragash/Dragaš Municipality; afterwards the companies will be guided through the visit of the planned location in the aforementioned villages.

 Any extensions or other amendments to the solicitation documents will be posted in the eTendering system. Bidders are encouraged to click on “Accept invitation” button in order to received automatic notifications id such amendments occur.
