This PSPC provides procurement services to the public in both official languages of Canada.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

REQUIREMENT:

Requesting a Standing Offer for the supply and delivery of Coffee, including maintenance services to all DND’s dispensing machines and supply a Liquid Coffee Dispensing Machine all at no cost to Department of National Defence at 5th Canadian Division Support Base Gagetown in Oromocto, New Brunswick on an "as and when" requested basis for the standing offer period from 01 October, 2020 to 30 September, 2021 inclusive.

The supplier MUST be compliant with the mandatory requirements at Annex A, the List of Products at Annex B and Conditions of the Request for Standing Offer.
 
Pricing: Suppliers must provide a price for all items listed at Annex B. 

Estimated quantities are based on a one (1) year period.

BASIS OF EVALUATION:

Only one (1) Standing Offer will be awarded to lowest aggregate compliant bid, total extended cost of all items, meeting all mandatory requirements.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
