IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS RE. BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Québec Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority. 

Suppliers are required to submit offers electronically using the Canada Post epost Connect application for the subject Request for Standing Offers. This service allows suppliers to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.

Faxed and hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) offers will not be accepted for the subject Request for Standing Offers.

DESCRIPTION:
This Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) involves the provision and delivery of, on an as and when ordered basis, various personal hygiene products for Correctional Service Canada (CSC).


IDENTIFIED USERS: 
Correctional Service Canada, various institutions, see Annex C for all delivery addresses.


PERIOD OF STANDING OFFER:
The Standing Offer will be from date of issuance for a period of one (1) year with the right to exercise two (2) options to extend for a one (1) year period each, under the same terms and conditions.


EPOST CONNECT SERVICE:
This RFSO allows bid submission files electronically using epost Connect. Interested offerors must refer to Part 2 of the solicitation document in order to obtain the instructions on how to submit their bids electronically.


OTHER:
All inquiries and other communication regarding this RFSO must be sent, in writing, only to the contracting authority named in this RFSO.

This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in their official languages.
