Ca urmare a faptului ca documentatia de atribuire a fost contestata, aceasta a fost suspendata pana la data de 29.12.2020. La revenirea din suspendare sistemul SICAP a publicat automat decalarea termenului de depunere ofertelor cu trei zile, respectiv 1.1.2021, ora 15.00. In consecinta, pentru remedierea documentatiei, conform deciziei CNSC, entitatea contractanta solicita decalarea termenului de depunere pana la 28.1.2021, ora 15.00. Mentionam ca termenul de depunere era 16.12.2020, ora 15.00, conform eratei 2020/S 225-554576.
