Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Necesitatea modificarii survenita in urma unor circumstante pe care o autoritate/entitate contractanta care actioneaza cu diligenta nu ar fi putut sa le prevada [articolul 43 alineatul (1) litera (c) din Directiva 2014/23/UE, articolul 72 alineatul (1) litera (c) din Directiva 2014/24/UE, articolul 89 alineatul (a) litera (c) din Directiva 2014/25/UE]. Descrierea circumstantelor care au facut necesara modificarea si justificarea naturii neprevazute a acestor circumstante: modificarea contractului a devenit necesara in urma unor circumstante pe care o autoritate contractanta care actioneaza cu diligenta nu ar fi putut sa le prevada.Descrierea motivelor: modificare perioada prestare servicii de tratament balnear prin actele aditionale nr. 152/DB/20.7.2020 și 175/DB/13.8.2020 la contractul nr. 142/DB/2.7.2020 conf. preved. art. 14.1 si 14.2 prin anularea seriei 18 si redistribuirea biletelor contractate pe seriile 18 și 17 in seriile 11, 12, 13.
