Necesitatea modificarii survenita in urma unor circumstante pe care o autoritate/entitate contractanta care actioneaza cu diligenta nu ar fi putut sa le prevada [articolul 43 alineatul(1) litera (c) din Directiva 2014/23/UE, articolul 72 alineatul (1) litera (c) din Directiva 2014/24/UE, articolul 89 alineatul (a) litera (c) din Directiva 2014/25/UE] Descrierea circumstantelor care au facut necesara modificarea si justificarea naturii neprevazute a acestor circumstante:. Modificarea contractului a devenit necesara in urma unor circumstante pe care o autoritate contractanta care actioneaza cu diligenta nu ar fi putut sa le prevada.Descrierea motivelor: Act aditional 4 din 24.03.2022 prin care se prelungeste valabilitatea contractului pana la data de 27.08.2022, precum si valabilitatea garantiei de buna executie..
