Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Necesitatea modificarii survenita in urma unor circumstante pe care o autoritate/entitate contractanta care actioneaza cu diligenta nu ar fi putut sa le prevada [articolul 43 alineatul(1) litera (c) din Directiva 2014/23/UE, articolul 72 alineatul (1) litera (c) din Directiva 2014/24/UE, articolul 89 alineatul (a) litera (c) din Directiva 2014/25/UE] Descrierea circumstantelor care au facut necesara modificarea si justificarea naturii neprevazute a acestor circumstante:. Modificarea contractului a devenit necesara in urma unor circumstante pe care o autoritate contractanta care actioneaza cu diligenta nu ar fi putut sa le prevada.Descrierea motivelor: Datorita unor conditii independente de vointa Furnizorului . Firma Robel Germania inregistreaza intarzieri neprevazute si foarte mari la subfurnizorii de componente necesare productiei ultimului reper nelivrat, ce face obiectul contractului.. Modificarea contractului afecteaza caracterul general al contractului: se modifica drepturile si obligatiile.
