Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Necesitatea modificarii survenita in urma unor circumstante pe care o autoritate/entitate contractanta care actioneaza cu diligenta nu ar fi putut sa le prevada [articolul 43 alineatul(1) litera (c) din Directiva 2014/23/UE, articolul 72 alineatul (1) litera (c) din Directiva 2014/24/UE, articolul 89 alineatul (a) litera (c) din Directiva 2014/25/UE] Descrierea circumstantelor care au facut necesara modificarea si justificarea naturii neprevazute a acestor circumstante:. Modificarea contractului a devenit necesara in urma unor circumstante pe care o autoritate contractanta care actioneaza cu diligenta nu ar fi putut sa le prevada.Descrierea motivelor: In contextul infiintarii unor sectii care trateaza pacienti cu COVID,a crescut consumul de materiale de protectie.Mentionam ca aceasta situatie(infiintarea unor sectii care trateaza pacienti cu COVID) nu exista in momentul lansarii licitatiei deschise.. Majorarea pretului contractului este de:50% din pretul contractului initial.
