Necesitatea modificarii survenita in urma unor circumstante pe care o autoritate/entitate contractanta care actioneaza cu diligenta nu ar fi putut sa le prevada [articolul 43 alineatul(1) litera (c) din Directiva 2014/23/UE, articolul 72 alineatul (1) litera (c) din Directiva 2014/24/UE, articolul 89 alineatul (a) litera (c) din Directiva 2014/25/UE] Descrierea circumstantelor care au facut necesara modificarea si justificarea naturii neprevazute a acestor circumstante:. Modificarea contractului a devenit necesara in urma unor circumstante pe care o autoritate contractanta care actioneaza cu diligenta nu ar fi putut sa le prevada.Descrierea motivelor: îndreptarea erorii materiale din Anexa formularului de ofertă, piese de schimb pentru echipamentele Rapiscan 620DV, prețul unitar de la poz. 7 ansamblu computer Core 2 QUAD WBS TSA Compliant -cod 2313867: este corect 26.230,88 euro fără TVA (în loc de 2.623,88 euro fără TVA).
