Motivare: avand in vedere data publicarii anuntului de participare (29.8.2017), in raport cu intrarea in vigoare a OG nr. 13/2017 (25.8.2017), prin continuarea procedurii se incalca prevederile art. 24 alin. (3) din HG nr. 640/7.9.2017.

Procedura se va relua in baza prevederilor OG nr. 13/2017 si ale HG nr. 640/2017.
