Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Necesitatea modificarii survenita in urma unor circumstante pe care o autoritate/entitate contractanta care actioneaza cu diligenta nu ar fi putut sa le prevada [articolul 43 alineatul(1) litera (c) din Directiva 2014/23/UE, articolul 72 alineatul (1) litera (c) din Directiva 2014/24/UE, articolul 89 alineatul (a) litera (c) din Directiva 2014/25/UE] Descrierea circumstantelor care au facut necesara modificarea si justificarea naturii neprevazute a acestor circumstante:. Modificarea contractului a devenit necesara in urma unor circumstante pe care o autoritate contractanta care actioneaza cu diligenta nu ar fi putut sa le prevada.Descrierea motivelor: -Prin dispoziția de șantier emisă de către proiectantul general au fost întocmite planșe modificatoare ale lucrărilor, note de renunțare și note de comandă suplimentară , care nu afectează soluția tehnică și indicatorii tehnico-economici ai obiectivului-prevederile punctului 5 din contractul de lucrări - prevederile art.221 alin.(1) lit f) din Legea 98/2016-prevederile HG nr. 395/2016-prevederile Instrucțiunii ANAP nr. 1/2021 -prevederile clauzei 37 din acordul contractual 334/1992/20.10.2020. Majorarea pretului contractului este de:3.53% din pretul contractului initial.
