This requirement is for flight operations and maintenance support and training for the Republic of Singapore Air Force for Peace Carvin V (PC V).

The PC V program at MHAFB consists of USAF and RSAF operators, maintenance, and support personnel utilizing F-15SG aircraft to support program objectives. 428th Fighter Squadron Operations (428 FS/OPS) is responsible for flight and simulator training of all assigned F-15SG aircrew and Ground Control Intercept (GCI) personnel, and associated operations-related tasks such as scheduling, security, safety, aircrew flight equipment, and applicable administrative functions. 428th Fighter Squadron Maintenance (428 FS/MX) is responsible for maintaining all assigned F-15SG aircraft and components, support equipment, and munitions.

The contractor shall be responsible for providing expertise to RSAF personnel on proper maintenance and flying operations to support the PC V mission. To do this, the contractor shall provide personnel, supervision, and services necessary to maintain and operate RSAF F-15SG and USAF F-15E aircraft and equipment assigned to the 366th Fighter Wing (366 FW) located at Mountain Home AFB (MHAFB), Idaho. The PWS identifies and defines the various contract functions needed to support PC V.
