Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) has a requirement for architectural services to undertake schematic design, design development, detailed design and tender
documents and services during tendering and construction for adding to the second floor of the Saint Andrews Biological Station (SABS) Penhallow Building, located in Saint Andrews, New Brunswick.
