The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement to procure five (5) Self-Propelled Cargo Belt Loader with training and ILS deliverables for the Royal Canadian Air Force.

Delivery locations, quantities required, mandatory requirements and deliverable information are detailed under Annex A, Requirement and Annex B, Basis of Payment, of this solicitation package. Bidders may propose substitutes and alternatives where equivalent is indicated in Annex A, Requirement.

There is no security requirement associated with this requirement.

The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

Debriefings

Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
