II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

Rehabilitation works consist of (but shall not be limited to) the following:

Preliminary works which include removal of excessive vegetative material, demolition of existing road elements (curbs, pavement, concrete elements), demolition and removal of elements of the damaged constructions and surface preparation of the existing pavement for application of new layers (milling of the existing pavement, repair of damage to the existing pavement);

Substructure works which include excavation, subsoil treatment, construction of embankment, shoulders and berms, topsoiling;

Improvement of drainage system works include works on drainage system surface drainage, construction of drainage ditches, subsurface dewatering-drainage, closed drainage system, making shafts, hydro technical works (procurement, transportation and installation of drainage pipes and bypass separators);

Superstructure works which include pavement construction on access roads; works on improvement of pavement (construction of unbound, cement stabilized and bituminous bearing course, and construction of wearing asphalt concrete course), as well as placement of concrete curbs and construction of gutters;

Works on structures (bridge and culverts) which include milling of the existing asphalt layer, construction of new slab over existing, installation of carbon fiber tape, construction or replacement of waterproofing, construction of asphalt layers (levelling course if needed, wearing course, asphalt layer on sidewalk), demolition and reconstruction of the curbs, repair or replacement of the bearing paths, repair or replacement of the expansion devices, repair of the protective layers, bridge drainage, repair of fences and guardrails, regulation of hydraulic watercourse profile in the bridge area and repair of existing culverts (cleaning, excavation, concrete and stone works);

Roadside arrangement and placement of traffic signalization and road furniture;

Installation of 10 kV cable line, Installation of Low voltage cable line, Installation of public lighting, Relocation and protection of telecommunication installation;

Works on repairing and replacing the elements of the upper part of the railway track in the length of 32.5 m and the road in the road crossing at the intersection of the railway and the road.

The Works will be performed under traffic with a strong emphasis on maintaining safe conditions for both the flow of traffic and the works in progress.
