Supervision for construction of the Gas Interconnector Serbia-Bulgaria on the Serbian territory
The purposes of this contract is to administer and supervise the Works Contract implemented in accordance with the Serbian Planning and Construction Law, applicable Serbian regulation and FIDIC Red Book 1999 Edition. The general scope is to provide the function of Engineer according to FIDIC Condition of Contract for Construction, Red Book, in the implementation of Works as well as supervision according to the Law on planning and construction related to the Works contract implementation which includes construction of the bi-directional gas transmission pipeline between natural gas transmission systems of Serbia and Bulgaria on the Serbian territory. Additionally, Supervision Contractor shall provide capacity building assistant to Final Beneficiary and End Recipient. The Works Contract is construction of the bi-directional gas interconnector pipeline between the natural gas transmission systems of Serbia and Bulgaria, between the cities of Niš and Dimitrovgrad on Serbian territory.
