According to the FCA signed between the Republic of Serbia and the Council of Europe Development Bank LD1981(2018) on the date 15th of April 2019, Public Investment Management Office has decided to initiate an international open procedure for the “Procurement of medical instruments for the new building of Institute for cardiovascular disease – Dedinje 2, Belgrade

Procedure for filing a complaint by the bidder, in accordance with the Guide for Procurement of Goods, Works, and Services of the Council of Europe Development Bank, item 3.9.13. Standstill period and 3.9.14. Complaints:
Within 10 (ten) days from the date of publication of the contract award decision on the Purchaser’s website, unsuccessful bidders may request a written explanation of the grounds for non-acceptance of their bids or file an appeal.
After preliminary examination, within 15 (fifteen) days from the day of the receipt of proper Appeal, the Commission for public procurement will create the Decision on appeal and send copies of the request and decision on the appeal to the bank.

The request must be signed and certified by the bidder's authorized person on the bidder's memorandum. Mandatory note: IOP/63-2022/UHI.
