Within 10 (ten) days from the date of publication of the contract award decision on the Purchaser’s website, unsuccessful bidders may request a written explanation of the grounds for non-acceptance of their bids or file an appeal.

After preliminary examination, within 15 (fifteen) days from the day of the receipt of proper Appeal, the Commission for public procurement will create the Decision on appeal and send copies of the request and decision on the appeal to the bank.
