Data collection shall be performed in all 6 Western Balkans signing parties of the Transport Community Treaty.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

The Transport Observatory Database/Information System (TODIS) will be covering the following main functions:

— the monitoring of the performance of the TEN-T Network in the Western Balkans region;

— the monitoring of the TEN-T Projects in Western Balkans region;

— monitoring of EU Acquis Transposition in the national legislations of the 6 Western Balkans Regional Participants.

The assignment includes the TODIS detailed design and development (based on the functional and technical specifications provided), undertaking the first data collection and populating the system with it, system implementation and set in operation, users training, and maintenance of the system for 3 years.
