Dear Sir / Madam,

We kindly request you to submit your proposal on consultancy opportunity for National Consultant for the Project Final Evaluation according to the Procurement Notice attached to this announcement. When preparing your proposal, please be guided by Annexes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.
