Dear Sir / Madam,

We kindly request you to submit your proposal on consultancy opportunity for Consultant on PR activities (national) according to the Procurement Notice attached to this announcement. When preparing your proposal, please be guided by Annexes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.

Proposal should be submitted at the following address: Minsk, Kirava str. 17, 6th floor, 220050, United Nations Development Programme (reference number of the tender should be indicated on the envelope – Tender № 570/2019) or by email to [email protected] (the following Subject should be stated – № 570/2019 Consultant on PR activities) not later than 17:00 (Minsk time) 18 November, 2019.

Proposals submitted by email must be limited to a maximum of 7MB, virus-free and no more than 5 email transmissions (please put number for each transmission in the subject line, reference number and subject). They must be free from any form of virus or corrupted contents, or the quotations shall be rejected. In response to your delivered e-mail you shall receive an auto-reply message. In case you did not receive an auto-reply please check the attachment size as well as the correct spelling of the e-mail address.

It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your proposal will reach the address above on or before the deadline. Proposals that are received by UNDP after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation.  If you are submitting your quotation by email, kindly ensure that it is in .pdf format and free from virus.
