With co-funding from the European Regional Development Fund, the University of Sheffield is establishing a flagship national Translational Energy Research Centre (TERC) to provide a multi-technology, integrated RD&D platform, focusing on low carbon energy generation and CCUS (Carbon Dioxide Capture Utilisation/Storage) technologies. This tender is specifically focused on the procurement of a system for Laser Absorption Diagnostic System to study the concentration time-histories in the UV region of a shock tube experimental technique. The laser absorption diagnostic system will be placed at the end of the driven section of a high-pressure shock tube.
