Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Nutnosť zmeny spôsobená takými okolnosťami, ktoré verejný obstarávateľ / obstarávateľ nemohol predvídať

Opis okolností, ktoré si vyžiadali zmenu a vysvetlenie nepredvídanej povahy týchto okolností: Od roku 2020 sa LESY SR

š.p. pri uplatňovaní PBHL riadia novelizovanými legislatívnymi predpismi, ako aj programovým vyhlásením vlády SR na

obdobie rokov 2020-2024, podľa ktorého sa PBHL stáva základnou stratégiou štátu pri správe väčšiny lesov.

Vzhľadom na 4-ročnú platnosť rámcovej dohody verejný obstarávateľ zabezpečil formou koeficienta K2 zohľadňovanie

zmien ceny nafty v ročnom intervale a jej premietnutie do cien za dodané služby. Vojenský konflikt na Ukrajine však

spôsobil v 1.Q.2022 neobvyklý nárast cien nafty, ktorý štandardne nastavený postup uplatňovania koeficientov nedokáže

zohľadniť.
