Predmetom zákazky je vykonanie ťažbového procesu na OZ Vranov n/T.

Lesnícke činnosti v ťažbovom procese na účely tohto verejného obstarávania predstavujú proces zahrňujúci výrub

stromov, sústreďovanie dreva na odvozné miesto a manipuláciu drevnej hmoty na odvoznom mieste. Ide o odbornú

činnosť zameranú na trvalo udržateľné hospodárenie v lesoch takým spôsobom a v takom rozsahu, aby sa uchovala ich

biologická diverzita, odolnosť, produkčná a obnovná schopnosť, životnosť a schopnosť plniť funkcie lesov. Ide o

diferencované hospodárenie v lesoch, pri ktorom sa zohľadňujú rozmanité prírodné, porastové, hospodárske,

ekonomické a spoločenské podmienky a požiadavky uplatnené pri vyhotovení a realizácií programu starostlivosti o lesy a

postupy podľa osobitných predpisov pri odstraňovaní následkov mimoriadnych okolností a nepredvídaných škôd na

lesoch.

š.p. pri uplatňovaní PBHL riadia novelizovanými legislatívnymi predpismi, ako aj programovým vyhlásením vlády SR na

obdobie rokov 2020-2024, podľa ktorého sa PBHL stáva základnou stratégiou štátu pri správe väčšiny lesov.

Vzhľadom na 4-ročnú platnosť rámcovej dohody verejný obstarávateľ zabezpečil formou koeficienta K2 zohľadňovanie

zmien ceny nafty v ročnom intervale a jej premietnutie do cien za dodané služby. Vojenský konflikt na Ukrajine však

spôsobil v 1.Q.2022 neobvyklý nárast cien nafty, ktorý štandardne nastavený postup uplatňovania koeficientov nedokáže

zohľadniť
