VII.2.2)Reasons for modification

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Dodatok č. 1 bol uzatvorený z dôvodov:

Práce naviac:

- počas realizácie prác došlo k zmene dopravného určenia čo spôsobilo nárast zariadení potrebných na funkčné dokončenie diela,

- pri realizácii vznikli požiadavky statika na spevnenie základov portálov, presun portálov, doplnenie stožiarov a doplnenie chráničiek,

- z dôvodu presunov portálov bolo nutné doplniť zvodidlá s požadovanou úrovňou zachytenia.

Menej práce:

- zrušenie 7 ks telefónov núdzového volania v miestach bez odstavného pruhu,

- nerealizovanie vodorovného dopravného značenia,

- zníženie počtu inštalovaného zvislého dopravného značenia.

Predĺženie lehoty dodania diela bolo z dôvodu opatrení zo strany zhotoviteľa na zabezpečenie ochrany zdravia zamestnancov v 1. a 2. vlne šírenia ochorenia COVID -19 (odo dňa 06.03.2020) v zmysle príslušných protipandemických opatrení vlády Slovenskej republiky.
