Predmetom zákazky je Výkon činnosti externého stavebného dozoru pre stavbu I/66 Brezno obchvat, I. etapa (ďalej tiež len služba).

Externý stavebný dozor je zmluvná strana, ktorá sa v zmluve zaviaže, že bude poskytovať službu prestavbu I/66 Brezno obchvat, I. etapa. Externým stavebným dozorom je právnická osoba alebo fyzická osoba majúca oprávnenie k činnostiam uvedeným v súťažných podkladoch, ktorej ponuka bude prijatá verejným obstarávateľom v tejto verejnej súťaži na poskytnutie služby, ktorej predmetom je výkon činnosti externého stavebného dozoru.
