Predmetom zákazky je dodávka medicinálneho kyslíka a syntetického medicinálneho vzduchu, vrátane dopravy na

miesto plnenia a súvisiacich služieb (vykládka, nakládka, ADR poplatok a pod.) a nájom zásobníkov počas trvania

rámcovej dohody v predpokladanom rozsahu:

a)medicinálny kyslík:

2 l, 200 bar, oceľové tlakové fľaše s integrovaným ventilom (IV) - 3 960 ks;

2 l, 200 bar, oceľové tlakové fľaše bez integrovaného ventilu (IV) - 300 ks;

10 l, 200 bar, oceľové tlakové fľaše s integrovaným ventilom (IV) - 1 680 ks;

b)syntetický medicinálny vzduch:

v oceľových tlakových fľašiach 2 l/ 200 bar - 40 ks;

v oceľových tlakových fľašiach 10 l / 200 bar - 100 ks;

c)nájom oceľových tlakových fliaš v predpokladanom rozsahu 401 760 fľašodní/24 mesiacov (558 fliaš za mesiac, pri

priemernom počte 30 dní na mesiac);

d)poplatky súvisiace s dodávkou fliaš (ARD poplatok, cestný a palivový poplatok, mýtny poplatok + recyklačný poplatok)

v predpokladanom rozsahu 6 020 dodávok;

e)prepravné služby na jednu fľašu v predpokladanom rozsahu 6 020 dodávok.
