Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

? da je potrebno v času od 20. 5. 2022 do 30. 9. 2022, ko se bo izvajala sanacije celotne kuhinje v ZPKZ Dob zagotoviti zaprtim osebam kruh in pekovsko pecivo na lokaciji ZPKZ Dob, Slovenska vas 14, 8233 Mirna na Dolenjskem, saj zavodska pekarna v času sanacije kuhinje ne bo obratovala,

? da se bo zaradi dodatnih potreb povišalo število naročenih prehrambnih izdelkov in se bo za obdobje od 20. 5. 2022 do 30. 9. 2022 dodala lokacija ZPKZ Dob v sklopu 14 (dobava kruha in pekovskega peciva),

? da bo naročnik iz razlogov druge in tretje alineje tega člena povečal vrednost osnovne pogodbe za sklop 14 na podlagi tretje točke 1. odstavka 95. člena Zakona o javnem naročanju (Uradni list RS, št. 91/15, 14/18, 121/21 in 10/22).
