Predmet tega sklopa je regenerativni močnostni simulator električnega omrežja, ki je sestavljen iz dveh močnostnih simulatorjev električnega omrežja, regenerativnega sistema za testiranje baterij, povezovalnih močnostnih, signalnih in komunikacijskih kablov ter temperaturne komore. Sposoben mora biti generirati želeno izhodno napetost, z želeno osnovno frekvenco in dodatnimi harmoniki. En simulator mora predstavljati vir, drugi pa AC breme prvemu simulatorju z želenimi harmoniki.

Je naročnik dne 8. 3. 2021 ob 13.33 na e-naslov dobavitelja poslal obvestilo, da še ne more zagotoviti vseh pogojev, predvidenih v tehničnih specifikacijah in da je do zamude s strani naročnika prišlo iz naslednjih razlogov: prostor, kamor bo nameščena oprema, je potrebno prilagoditi, v ta namen je naročnik objavil javno naročilo za izbiro izvajalca (št. objave na portalu javnih naročil: JN005803/2020-W01; datum objave: 21. 9. 2020), ki se je zaključilo z neoddajo (št. odločitve: JN005803/2020-ODL01; datum objave: 3. 11. 2020). Naročnik je ponovil javno naročilo (št. objave na portalu javnih naročil: JN007425/2020-W01; datum objave: 27. 11. 2020), ki se je zaključilo z izbiro izvajalca (št. odločitve: JN007425/2020-ODL01; datum objave: 14. 1. 2021). Pogodba z izvajalcem je bila podpisana 16. 2. 2021, zaključek del je predviden 11. 4. 2021. Naročnik je zato določil nov rok dobave 16. 4. 2021.
