The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to provide on an “as and when requested” basis, Laboratory Analysis of Compressed Breathing Air to various locations across Canada.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $567,441.00

This Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) is for an estimated value of $200,000 to provide the required services for an initial period of two (2) years from the contract award’s date. If mutually agreed between the service provider and DCC, this SOA may be renewed for three (3) additional one (1) year periods with $100,000 for each year.

This procurement is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in

Chapter Five of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Chapter Ten of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).

There is no security requirement associated with this project
