Description
SCDC is creating an Investment Partnership Framework Contract, therefore SCDC is looking for suitably qualified and experienced Partners that have the resources, skills and competencies to jointly invest in development opportunities that deliver financial returns. The Investment Partnership Framework Contract be advertised through the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) and will use the Open Tendering Procedure compliant with the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The contract is set to start from the 1st May 2019. The contract term is for an initial 2-year term with the option to extend (at the discretion of SCDC) for a further 2-year term. The Framework Contract will comprise of a number of companies who have met the selection criteria as set out within this ITT and will be based on the top scoring companies. It is likely the framework will comprise of 3 or more companies.
