The Government has entered into a voluntary stay of performance of the new award 70B03C19A00000040 issed August 15th, to ISS Action Inc. (task order 70B03C19F00000726) therefore, G4S must continue the current operations while the Court administers the protest, with a decision date set for December 20th, 2019. The current contract 70B03C19D00000003 is set to expire today, but has an option available to extend services (FAR 52.217-8). The 90 day stay of performance required while the Court reaches a decision means that only G4S is capable of performing, and the contract must be extended.
