Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

De acuerdo con el Pliego de Cláusulas Administrativas Particulares del exp. CTTI-2020-242, se prevé la posibilidad de incrementar o reducir hasta el 30% del importe de adjudicación debido a la necesidad de incorporar recursos adicionales al equipo. El Departamento de Educación ha detectado nuevas necesidades relacionadas con el Plan de Educación Digital / Plan de Aceleración de la Transformación Digital de Cataluña. El contrato de gobernanza tiene que cubrir la provisión de los recursos necesarios para la gobernanza de todas las actuaciones que se derivan del PEDC/PATDC. El incremento de actuaciones, implica la incorporación de recursos adicionales al equipo. Las actuaciones de coordinación que la oficina ha realizado hasta el momento básicamente se limitaba a la totalidad de los institutos públicos y a un número determinado de escuelas. Por lo tanto, las tareas anteriores tendrían que ser realizadas por dos nuevos recursos con con dedicación del 100% con perfil consultor sénior.
