Esta modificación es necesaria a consecuencia de la situación de emergencia sanitaria que se inició el marzo de 2020, provocando que surjan necesidades sobrevenidas en el ámbito del evolutivo recurrente a las que hace falta dar respuesta inmediata para evitar un impacto negativo en la operativa propia del Departamento de Salud de la Generalitat de Catalunya.
