Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

La tramitación de esta modificación se ampara en el artículo 205 de la LCSP en el que se establecen los requisitos que deben cumplir las modificaciones no previstas. La modificación que se plantea tiene su justificación en el art 205.2 (a) que suscribe lo siguiente:a) Cuando deviniera la necesidad de añadir obras, suministros o servicios adicionales a los inicialmente contratados, siempre y cuando se den los siguientes requisitos:1º. Que el cambio de contratista no fuera posible por razones económicas o técnicas (trabajos con características técnicas diferentes a las inicialmente contratadas o que el cambio de contratista genere inconvenientes significativos o aumento sustancial del coste).2º. Que la modificación del contrato implique alteraciones en la cuantía que no exceda del 50 por ciento del precio inicial (sin IVA).
