Artículo 78 del TRLCSP:
Apartado: a) Una relación de los principales servicios o trabajos realizados en los últimos 5 años que incluya importe, fechas y el destinatario, público o privado, de los mismos. Los servicios o trabajos efectuados se acreditarán mediante certificados expedidos o visados por el órgano competente, cuando el destinatario sea una entidad del sector público o, cuando el destinatario sea un sujeto privado, mediante un certificado expedido por éste o, a falta de este certificado, mediante una declaración del empresario; en su caso, estos certificados serán comunicados directamente al órgano de contratación por la autoridad competente.
Requisitos mínimos de solvencia: Se deberá presentar la relación de los servicios o trabajos realizados en los últimos 5 años (2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017) comprendiéndose en dicho período el mismo año de la convocatoria de la licitación. Se considerará acreditada esta solvencia por la presentación de certificados cuando el importe anual acumulado en el año de mayor ejecución sea igual o superior al valor de su anualidad media si esta es inferior al valor estimado del contrato. A efectos de determinar la correspondencia entre los trabajos o suministros acreditados y los que constituyen el objeto del contrato, cuando exista clasificación aplicable a este último se atenderá al grupo y subgrupo de clasificación al que pertenecen unos y otros.
