Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

1. Que en fecha 17 de agosto de 2021, fue suscrito entre FRATERNIDAD-MUPRESPA eINFOPRODUCTS contrato para el suministro de material de oficina para los centros detrabajo de FRATERNIDAD-MUPRESPA, Lote 1 artículos no personalizados.2. Que el contrato, con referencia 27029 (PIC2021_27342), finaliza su duración inicial elpróximo 31 de agosto de 2022, pudiendo ser objeto de prórroga por períodos de 12meses hasta un máximo de 36.3. Que FRATERNIDAD-MUPRESPA, como parte de las acciones y acuerdos tomados dentrode la alianza de mutuas denominada “+compromiso” a la que pertenece, va a comenzara prestar servicios relacionados con su activad como mutua colaboradora con laSeguridad Social en las instalaciones del centro ubicado en Camino del Molino, 21, de28400 Collado Villalba (Madrid).4. Que habida cuenta de lo anterior, es necesario modificar el objeto del contrato paraincluir el centro ubicado en Camino del Molino, 21, de 28400 Collado Villalba (Madrid).5. Que dicha posibilidad viene prevista en el Pliego de Condiciones Particulares rector dela contratación de los “suministros de oficina para los centros de trabajo deFRATERNIDAD-MUPRESPA” que en el apartado 21 “Condiciones de ejecución ycumplimiento del contrato” del Anexo 1 “Ficha Particular de la Contratación” dispone:“Se entenderá por lugar de entrega cualquiera de los centros que figuran en elfichero denominado “PIC2021_ 27342 CENTROS FÍSICOS” y publicado en el Perfil deContratante de FRATERNIDAD-MUPRESPA, integrado en la Plataforma deContratación del Sector Público. Esta relación puede verse modificada por apertura,traslado o cierre de cualquiera de los centros.”
