VII.1.4)Description of the procurement:

Las prestaciones a llevar a cabo por el adjudicatario consisten en la verificación del correcto funcionamiento

de los sistemas de climatización de las áreas críticas, incluyendo los ensayos de laboratorio de ausencia de

contaminación microbiológica del aire. Estas prestaciones se llevarán a cabo conforme a lo previsto en el

Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas, de obligado cumplimiento.

El Reglamento de Instalaciones Térmicas en los Edificios (RITE) aprobado por Real Decreto 1027/2007, de 20

de julio, y modificado posteriormente por los Reales 1826/2009, de 27 de noviembre, 249/2010, de 5 de marzo

y 238/2013, de 5 de abril, establece las condiciones que deben cumplir las instalaciones destinadas a atender

la demanda de bienestar térmico e higiene a través de las instalaciones de calefacción, climatización y agua

caliente sanitaria, para conseguir un uso racional de la energía.

Asimismo, el UNE 171330 (partes 1 y 2), UNE 100012, UNE 100713, UNE EN ISO 14644 y, la norma

UNE171340 que es específica y de obligado cumplimiento para áreas críticas hospitalarias.

Para el cumplimiento de esta normativa se hace necesario validar el correcto funcionamiento de los sistemas

de climatización de las áreas críticas del Hospital Universitario Central de Asturias y del Hospital Vital Álvarez
